For VR gaming, water cooling is generally recommended over air cooling. Water cooling systems are more efficient at dissipating heat, which is important for maintaining optimal performance during intense VR gaming sessions. Water cooling also tends to be quieter than air cooling, reducing distractions while immersed in virtual reality. Additionally, water cooling systems can be more compact and provide better overall cooling performance, making them a better choice for VR gaming setups. **

It ultimately depends on your specific needs and preferences. Air cooling is generally more affordable and easier to install, but it may not be as effective at cooling the system under heavy loads. On the other hand, water cooling can provide better thermal performance and can be more aesthetically pleasing, but it is typically more expensive and requires more maintenance. Consider factors such as your budget, the level of overclocking you plan to do, and the overall look you want for your gaming PC when making your decision. **
